Price: 4 for $1,000

For the super rich, life is like a box of chocolates. And with a price tag this high, they know exactly what they're going to get.

The brainchild of master chocolatier Fritz Knipschildt, the 1.5-ounce La Madeline au truffle is handcrafted using Ecuadorian dark chocolate layered atop a French Perigord truffle.

Excluding the ganache, this rare French truffle sells for nearly $1,000 per pound.

These special chocolate truffles have been savored by the likes of Oprah and Madonna.

9) Over-the-top pampering

Price: $1,250

If your loved one needs a little R&R, a $1,250 facial should do the trick.

Swiss luxury skin care company La Prairie has designed a super-rich treatment for your next day at Ritz Carlton's Central Park Spa: a White Caviar Illuminating Facial.

The 90-minute treatment begins with a three-minute cellular peel to tighten pores, followed by a calming eye massage using ice cold glass globes meant to improve circulation.

Golden caviar extracts are then massaged into the pores to hydrate the skin and diminish age spots.

8) Couture lingerie

Price: $9,000

You won't find these on sale at Victoria's Secret.

Couture lingerie label Luna Mae London creates exclusive pieces that are handcrafted with Chantilly lace and French silk.

But these undergarments are not available in stores. Instead, the super rich can schedule private lingerie fittings through referrals from their fellow super-rich friends.

Bras start at $700, and you can add gold fittings for $400 a piece.

These lace knickers have nine pieces of 18-carat yellow gold, and will run you $9,000.

7) Diamond football helmets

For female billionaires, if your valentine is a super-rich football fanatic, these blinged-out helmets will stand out on the field, or on his mantle while he watches the game.

Conceived by Andy Chung of Armori Steele, these bedazzled football helmets include a 24-carat pure gold face mask, 1.5 carats of diamonds, and a hand-painted shell.

The starting price is $12,000, but can go as high as $500,000 if you choose to ice your headgear with sapphires, rubies or emeralds.

Price: $35,000

When the super rich buy a love potion for Valentine's Day, you'd better believe they have it custom made.

So Kilian Hennessy, heir to the cognac empire, has created By Kilian bespoke perfume.

The process includes one-on-one consultations and lots of testing. Once complete, the unique fragrance is preserved in eight glass bottles that are engraved with the client's name. The final products rest on a bed of satin inside a lacquered box with its own key.

"Perfume is going to act as an aphrodisiac. Your weapon of seduction when you want it," Hennessy said.

When it comes to romantic rendezvous, the super rich don't kiss and tell.

But a night in the secret penthouse villa at Nobu Hotel, inside Caesars Palace, costs $35,000 per night.

The three-bedroom, 10,300-square-foot suite includes a rooftop with private pool, sauna and media room, and a 24-hour personal in-room Nobu sushi chef.

Super rich guests include Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Ed Sheeran.

4) Pint-size wheels

Cost: $250,000

For the super-rich car enthusiast, size doesn't always matter. So U.K.-based Amalgam specializes in miniaturizing billionaires' life-size toys, turning them into model car replicas.

Desktop miniatures cost $10,000, which is a relative bargain for the super rich. So why not spring for something a bit more extravagant, like this one-fifth replica of the Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic?

To assemble the 3,500 pieces included in this $250,000 Bugatti miniature, it requires 5,000 man hours.

3) Luxury sleepover

Price: $1 million

For the super rich, the magic happens on a $1 million bed. And the Panoramic State Bed puts a new spin on the meaning of sleeping around.

The round bed rotates on a platform and features a hidden 3-D television at the foot, a Champagne-stocked refrigerator in the headboard and a built-in sound system.

This bed was designed by Alistair Hughes, managing director of bespoke bedding company Savoir Beds. The London-based firm tailor-makes each bed to a client's specification — from the size, to the frame, to the shape, legs and headboard.

No two beds are the same; each is handcrafted by a single artisan. The mattresses are filled with manually curled horse hair and hand-tied box springs.

2) 1.04-carat red diamond

Price: $1.8 million

Nothing says "be mine" like an over-the-top red cushion-cut diamond.

Red is one of the rarest colored diamonds, and this 1.04-carat beauty is priced at $1.8 million.

The diamond is from the Argyle mine in Australia, but it currently finds itself at home on the second floor of Material Good boutique in downtown Manhattan.
